I'll tell you the meeting held on 4th.
Three newcomers joined the meeting!

We are waiting for your becoming ESS's members.
By the way, we talked about the Hekifu Festival.
We dicided to...
(1) make and sell soap
(2) open an English school for children
We need to discuss more details about them from now,
so let's share ideas each other!
P.S.
There were only 5 students(2 members and 3 newcomers)
at the meeting, so I was soooo sad...

Dear Yumiko,
Thank you for letting everyone know about the topics of the meeting. I am also looking forward to seeing more people at the meetings.
We have many things to think about and plan for the school festival; it should be fun to work together on this project.
